Felix aka. Wizard of Lightbulb Moments, has been leading the team at Echo3 for over 10 years. He can be found in the dictionary under 'positive attitude' - our resident inspirational visionary. His innate curiosity gives him an incredible knack for delving into the hidden psyche. For kicks, he plays keyboards in a Latin rock band, writes his own music, and loves the great outdoors. 

Eric, has been expertly leading the team at Echo3 for over 10 years. This analytical brain, hiding behind a constant cheery smile, relishes custom integrations with external systems and complex problem-solving. He's a thinker & collaborator who fancies himself a bit of a Roger Federer / Harry Kewell on the weekend but really is a closet geek at heart. 

Meet the socially conscious director extraordinaire, Stella! With a heart of gold and a knack for savvy decision-making, this mastermind leads the charge in making an impact. She wields her influence to create a positive ripple effect, championing ethical practices and sustainability. She's the ultimate mix of sharp business acumen and a passion for doing good.

Denice (aka Dee), is our senior graphic designer with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Her expertise in visual storytelling and design principles have contributed greatly to our projects, elevating the quality of our brand.

Tanuja is our skilled web developer, bringing extensive knowledge and experience. With a strong background in front and back-end development, Tanuja is committed to developing high-quality, user-friendly websites. Her attention to detail and problem-solving abilities make her an invaluable asset.
