His innate curiosity gives him an incredible knack for delving into the hidden psyche. For kicks, he plays keyboards in a Latin rock band, writes his own music, and loves the great outdoors. Eric, has been expertly leading the team at Echo3 for the past 6 years. This analytical brain, hiding behind a constant cheery smile, relishes custom integrations with external systems and complex problem-solving. He's a thinker & collaborator who fancies himself a bit of a Roger Federer / Harry Kewell on the weekend but really is a closet geek at heart. Spirit animal: 'Coach' the french bulldog

With 18 years in agencies across the world from Cape Town to London, she's a lover of all things digital and devours latest marketing trends like they're gooey camembert. Trained as a designer, she has a natural creative flair and is a brand passionate. Crazy-arse animal lady who loves cuddling her 35 chickens, 3 sheep and 1 alpaca. Ping, our Senior Designer and Mind-reader Extraordinaire, comes with over 20 years' experience in the design & media industry. She’s worked on both print & web platforms, with local & international clients from the USA, the UK, Spain, Japan & Singapore.
